Our philosophy
In the beginning, there was an idea: specialized and long experienced colleagues with expertise from clinical research and practice cooperating in ambulatory care – creating a form of interdisciplinary work without limitations and equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology.
In this, the different stages of diagnostics follow medical guidelines – all working hand in hand under one roof – with direct access to specialized clinics offering maximum care if necessary. All of this is provided in an environment that physicians and patients alike perceive as relaxed and comfortable.
PKD has made this idea reality. Highly qualified specialists with different fields of expertise in internal medicine are cooperating in our facilities in close proximity to Frankfurt Städel. They help patients get advice and provide colleagues referring them to us with the best means of diagnostics and therapy recommendations.

The medical center for ambulatory care PKD am Städel attaches great importance to meeting the many challenges of our healthcare system. At the same time, we focus on fulfilling your needs and wishes offering specialized comprehensive diagnostics and treatment in internal medicine.
EPA – the European Practice Assessment – is a well thought out and sustainable quality management system. Applying EPA at our practice helps us constantly optimize our work. More than 200 different aspects are assessed. This comprises the quality of the care for our patients and our patients’ satisfaction as well as our workflows and the satisfaction on the job of our practice team.
